As a trust we are able to call upon the help and assistance of a wide range of Bristol based professionals and on the time and energies of local people. This has meant that we have frequently been asked to provide capacity building advice to ‘new arrival’ groups operating in the Easton area. These have included a Somali football team and an Albanian women’s community group as well as individuals who need support with job or benefits applications.

Working together with community leaders from a wide range of groups, we are able to provide technical assistance, volunteers, financial accountability, liaison and the use of our premises for one-off events or long term projects.

In general, these activities are operated in partnership with other Bristol based organisations like the Bristol City Council Asylum Team, Charlotte Keel Health Centre, Bristol Community Education, Refugee Action and Sure Start.
